【摘 要】Emancipating and Developing of Productive Forces： The Most Fundamental Task of China  Zong Hart In order to realize socialist modernization, the most fundamental and the most urgent task is emancipating and developing productivity. In social development, it is productivity that plays the final decisive role. If the material and technological foundations are not enhanced, it is impossible to further promote development of our country. The key to emancipating and developing productivity is to deepen institutional reform and open wider to the outside world. It is a must to accelerate the scientific and technological progress and change the mode of development so as to promote the integrated social and economic development by focusing on economic construction.
